I recently visited this newly opened badminton club with my cousin and nephew. My first impression was mixed. Since it's a new facility, everything is clean and new, and the court fee is currently affordable. However, there are several issues that stood out. The space between courts is very narrow, making it difficult to walk around. The ceiling doesn't feel high enough for badminton, the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, and there weren't enough seats for players. The biggest disappointment was my interaction with the owner, Michael. I understand and respect the club's policy that courts cannot be used for coaching or training for profit. I was not coaching—I simply brought my cousin and nephew for a casual practice session to show them a few basic techniques. About 45 minutes after we arrived, Michael approached me and asked if I was coaching. I explained that I was not, and I stopped what I was doing immediately. I can understand that bringing several used shuttlecocks may have created the wrong impression, so I cooperated without any argument. Really, loud pickleball passed noise ordinance in FV... Not quiet for people living inside los cab, windows closed until 11 I guess. Love pickleball, but outside at 11pm... Next to condos and houses... What are we doing?

Owner Tom is awesome nice. Crts cleaned everyday. God ton of crts. and if they run out, you can pull out profesional mobile nets on to the tennis crts. Super friendly players and staff. Free water and ice machines. You can spot so many profesional PB players and Tennis players. I saw Learner Tien there! Damn I wished I asked for photo op... :(.

I attended the Los Cab Sports Village PPA (Professional Pickleball Association) Takeya Tournament. The club has completely transformed their pickleball courts and gave it a much-needed face lift. The tournament was well-run and well-attended, and I couldn't ask for anything more. The courtside seating at the championship court was plentiful, and I scored seats that were next to the players' benches. I was able to sit 2 seats away from all my favorite pro players and hear their conversations and strategies! It was an incredible day!
